I have become ADDICTED to putting green stuff in my smoothies lately.
It’s a growing trend, and for good reason: adding a handful of lettuce, spinach, or other greens to your smoothie adds a whole lot of nutrition and antioxidants. Plus, you don’t even taste it! So if you can stomach the green color, go for it.
This is my favorite creation to date.
Tropical Green Smoothie
1/3 of frozen banana
1/2 cup So Delicious Coconut Milk
1/4 mango
1 handful of fresh spinach
3-5 ice cubes
1 tsp vanilla
Stevia (or other sweetener) to taste
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Garnish with grated coconut.
It not only looks easy, it sounds delicious! I’ve been making smoothies every morning with So Delicious coconut milk. I can’t wait to add this one to the repertoire.
