Yesterday, I talked about the Madre Labs products that were sent to me by iHerb, including my favorite, CocoCardio!
I’ve also talked again (and again) about my coffee obsession and daily (more like three times daily) need for Starbucks, as well as my obsession with healthifying their flavored drinks.
One of my faves on the Starbucks menu is the Mint Mocha Frappuccino. However, I’m too cold for a frap. And it’s too early for White Peppermint Mocha Lattes. So this is strictly a Mint Mocha Latte.
Ands it’s crazy easy.
Mint Mocha Latte
1/3 cup almond milk
1 scoop CocoCardio (or another hot chocolate mix; or cocoa powder)
Scant 1/8 tsp (like a couple of drops) peppermint extract
Stevia to taste
Hot coffee
Mix the almond milk, hot cocoa mix, peppermint extract, and stevia in the bottom of your mug until combined thoroughly. Top off the mug with hot coffee, or a mix of hot coffee and hot water depending on desired strength. Garnish with whipped cream or foam if you want!
And now…..

Love your blog! My favorite winter drink is probably Starbucks’ Pumpkin Spice Latte – SO GOOD! Though the White Chocolate Peppermint Mocha is a very, very close second.
This looks delicious! I would love if you shared it in my Fall Food Blog Hop. Enter it for a chance at a Top Chef cookbook! http://is.gd/59HVTM

My fav is Mexican Mocha latte!! Just can’t live without that cinnamon!! I always have them add extra shots of cinnamon. Secondly, in the winter I love to add peppermint ice cream to hot mocha — It is soooo very devine.
I don’t do twitter cuz i don’t have a smart phone but I am a suscriber to your site (for about a week now–new to wordpress)

I’m boring – I love a good old cafe mocha (no whipped cream) with a generous sprinkling of chocolate!
I LOVE HALF HOT CHOCOLATE + HALF COFFEE DRINKS. O.O It’s almost like a mocha but not really. It’sso good… o.o
I’d definitely call that a mocha!
But it’s like a different kind of mocha. Cuz it starts out more coffeelike than chocolatelike and then it becomes like super hot-chocolatey cuz hot chocolate is denser than coffee.

My favorite winter drink is from a Traverse City, MI winery (Leelanau Cellars): It’s called Witches Brew, and is a wine blend that has cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and maybe a few other spices. Perfect when served heated on a chilly night
i, too, am addicted to starbucks – my favorite winter drink is an iced chai latte. yes, iced. in winter.
My favorite winter drink is definitely the gingerbread latte! Either that or a French Vanilla coffee

My favorite winter drink is plain hot tea, but I do like to treat myself occasionally to some of these sweetened coffee and hot chocolate drinks that everyone is mentioning.

My fav winter drinks are definitely chai tea or pumpkin spice anything including the pumpkin hard apple cider … yummy. I wonder what some cococordyceps would be like in chai tea? Sounds delicious!!!
My favorite winter drink is ‘nutty paradise’. It is made by blending a handful of pine nuts, cashew nuts and almonds with half a cup of pre-warmed oat milk and stevia. Blend well. Top up with more steaming hot oat milk and serve. Warm and comforting for dreary cold days!
